The Annual General Meeting of the Mornington Peninsula Women’s Golf Inc will be held at Mornington Country Golf Club on Monday 24 October 2011 at 10.00am
All Members of affiliated golf clubs of the MPDWG are cordially invited to attend.
The District Committee positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Handicap Manager, Treasurer, Tournament Secretary, Junior Coordinator and Communications become vacant at the end of each year.
A nomination slip is provided below. It must be returned, duly completed at least 21 days (before 3 October) before the AGM to: The Secretary, MPDWG Inc at the above address.
Please note that if a Member of any club wishes to put a motion to the AGM, it must be in writing, signed and seconded by another Member and submitted to the Secretary at least 21 days before the AGM – no later than Monday 3 October 2011.
