The Club of the team who scores the highest aggregate points will hold the Warburton Bowl for the following 12 month period.  Each member of the winning team will receive a trophy.  Trophies will also be awarded for the best individual score in Division 1 and 2

LADIES CHALLENGE BOWL 2010

CONDITIONS OF PLAY

• The competition shall be played in accordance with the rules of golf as adopted by the Royal and Ancient Club of St Andrews, Scotland, together with such local rules as are in force on the course over which the competition is played.

• The Ladies Match Committee of the Warburton Golf & Sporting Club hereafter known as the “Match Committee” will settle any dispute or protest.

• The Match Committee has the power to alter or make variation to the conditions should they deem it necessary to do so.

• The Match Committee or such person as the Match Committee authorizes may, in the event of bad weather, or for any other reason, either shorten the contest or fix it for another day.

• In the event of a tie in the Warburton Golf & Sporting Club Ladies Challenge Bowl 2010, the winner shall be decided by a countback as per the W.G.A. Year Book.

• The Match Committee shall have the power to limit the number of entries that can be entered in the event.  They may also alter the starting times as fixed if deemed necessary on the day.

• The event is open to players holding a W.G.A. handicap.  The Match Committee shall have the right to refuse entry to any person, without being required to give any reason for such refusal.

• Players wishing to use a motorized card must hold (and show) a current medical certificate – not more than 12 months old.

• Entry fees are payable with the submission of the written entry form.
